Hungtram Dhungzin Namkha Dorje Rinpoche

A Look into His Story

Hungtram Dhungzin Namkha Dorje Rinpoche was born into a family of yogis from the Nub Clan, known as Hungtram, in Dolpo, in 1981. He is the spiritual heir of the late Kyabje Hungtram Rinpoche Yeshe Gangshar Rangdol. Rinpoche studied at renowned monastic institutions such as Nyingma College and Dzongsar Institute, receiving teachings from many esteemed Buddhist scholars. Under the guidance of Siddha Chime Rinpoche, he completed an intensive meditation retreat and inherited profound teachings on Mahamudra and Dzogchen. Rinpoche began teaching at the age of 16 and is dedicated to spreading Buddhism and engaging in humanitarian work across Nepal, particularly among indigenous communities.
